My business has worked closely with Michelle over the past 2 years. We are a small planning business and cannot justify even a part-time secretary.

But we do have to prepare complex planning reports – often involving input from a multitude of sub-consultants and while I and my associates can address our professional competencies, we are not experts in presentation and in the complex formatting of large reports.

After years of struggling with local secretarial services who could never meet our variable deadlines, I discovered M.B. Secretarial Services’ online service.

Michelle is a very professional, high order secretary, accurate proofreader and document presentation expert rolled into one. She has lifted the presentation of our reports a lot and saved me many hours of editing headaches.

But in addition, she is flexible and has never missed a deadline which is essential for our business where clients always want the report yesterday but are often very slow giving us the information we need to get the job done.
